For over 20 years, Sven Gabor Janszky and 2b AHEAD have been bringing together the best of the best in the field of the most important future topics and have proven:Their predictions come true!

  • At the 2nd Future Congress, we predicted that the traditional music industry with CDs and records will lose around 50% of its turnover and employees due to digitalization and MP3. At the same time, we outlined how they would be saved by digital business models: at that time, our image was that music would “come out of the tap in the future”, because the word streaming did not yet exist.

  • At the 4th Future Congress, we predicted the cell phone of the future and described how it would work with apps and app stores. 2 years later, in 2007, the iPhone came onto the market with exactly this concept - and doubled Apple's turnover.

  • In 2013, we described the customer segment pyramid of the future at the 12th Future Congress - and how the standard segment with its standard providers and standard service providers will disappear in 2023. The death of department stores and standard fashion chains in German city centers today is the direct consequence of this disappearance of the standard segment. 

  • In 2017, at the 16th Future Congress, we predicted that the first functional quantum computers would be available for use in the economy in 2027 and would be used due to a significantly better price-performance ratio compared to traditional data centers. We also predicted the consequences for economic and political decision-making processes. In the meantime, the German government has awarded the contracts for the construction of the first German quantum computers. They are due to be built in Hamburg by 2026.

GLOBANA Messe & Event Campus Leipzig/Halle

The Globana Messe & Conference Center, close to Leipzig/Halle Airport, offers a modern and spacious atmosphere for congresses and events. With flexible rooms, state-of-the-art technology and excellent transport connections, it creates the ideal setting for international events and innovative business events, such as the Future Congress 2025.

  • Take the Großkugel/Schkeuditz exit, take the B6 towards Leipzig and turn right after a few hundred meters at the ARAL petrol station. Then turn left and follow the signs for “GLOBANA Trade Center”.

  • At the Schkeuditzer Kreuz junction, change to the A9 towards Munich. Take the Großkugel/Schkeuditz exit, follow the B6 towards Leipzig and turn right at the ARAL petrol station. Then turn left and follow the signs “GLOBANA Trade Center”.
  • From Leipzig or Halle main station, take the S-Bahn S3 to “Schkeuditz West” (approx. 20 minutes). From there it is a 5-minute walk to the GLOBANA Airport Messe & Conference Center.
  • The GLOBANA Messe & Conference Center is only 10 minutes away from Leipzig/Halle Airport and can be easily reached by cab or shuttle.
